Christmas is in the Air!

Can you feel it?  I hope so, because for most of us this is the most magical time of the year.   I love the change in the weather, the songs, the decorations, you name it I love it.  I am really excited this year because several of the homes in the neighborhood already have their lights and decorations up. My family spent most of the day today getting out all the decorations then lit the fire in the fireplace and began to set up the first Christmas Tree.  

The first one took a couple hours to set up.  Had to get all the decorations out, put the tree together (I keep getting veto on the live one) and set it up.  It is a great time to bond with your family and build memories.  It is wonderful to get out the old decorations that have been in the family for generations and the one’s you got when the kids were little.

Christmas is a time of year that we get to reflect on our lives and enjoy our family.  It is also the end of the year and a time to make new plans for you future.  New Years is right around the corner and that is our chance to start over.

I love this time of the year.

Today is December 1st,2011 and my granddaughter Olivia Madison Grier was born at 9:40am this morning. It was the second Buckeye born into the family. My son is finishing up his final year of law school at Ohio State. Although he is my step-son I have never thought of him as anything less then my son. If fact he has a 14 year old brother and they could be twins.
It really makes you realize what life is really all about. It is about family and friends. It is about quality of life and having the financial means and time to spend with them.

Do You Need Help with Your Blog?

I remember a few years ago when I first heard the term blog.  I had to do one of those double takes.  I had never heard the word before.  Now let’s fast forward a few years and you will hear about blogs or blogging all the time.  The news constantly quotes someones blog.

“Your blog can be about whatever you want it to blog about.”

A blog today can deal with ever from celebrities to politics.  From building furniture to running a successful on-line business.  Your blog can be about whatever you want it to be about.  You can blog about cartoons or comic books.  Your content is what really matters and that you are blogging about something that people want to hear about.  My son and his wife have a blog about the family, my wife has a blog about re-doing furniture and obviously I have several blogs about business and making money on-line.

When you decide that you would like to create a blog, first decide how much time you are going to dedicate to it and how serious you would like to be with it.  This is important because you are going to have to decide which way you are going to go with it.  There are free sites and there are hosted sites, are you going to monetize your blog or are you just doing it for fun.

These are questions you are going to have to ask yourself.  If you are doing it for fun I suggest using one of the free blogs from Google or Yahoo.  The other big ones is  WordPress.  These are all free sites that you can start your blog on and play with.

If you are looking for a more professional blog you would one to go to one of the hosting sites.  These are usually quite affordable and give you excellent tutorials on how to get started.  If  you are really looking to jump start your business I would suggest a blog on the EmpowerNetwork.  This is a blog that will get you seen on the pages of Google and the Internet.  This site is a great place to build a business and blog at the same time.

The biggest key to your blog is delivering good content, having fun and being consistent.

Do Most Men Really Die at 25? I hope you have better Goals

As you get older you begin to realize the power in words and thoughts.  Sayings that you have heard before begin to take a new meaning, a different understanding.  That is why they say there is wisdom in age.  We get to realize the mistakes we have made along the way and get a chance to change our course or our direction.  You realize a few things in life to be true….

“Most men die at 25 but we don’t bury them until they are 70″

That quote is actually attributed to Ben Franklin.  It seems that life back in the 1700′s were no different then today.  I have heard this statement several different ways but never before knew it came from Ben Franklin.  I have believed this for awhile now.  As I approach the half century mark, or mid life, you start to think about your goals again and what happened to the goals we had when we were 25?

Now this might not be you but I am drawing on my own experiences.  In the 80′s we were  big into self improvement, setting goals and taking on the world.  We read books, listened to tapes and went to seminars.  This was the dawn of Tony Robbins, Tom Hopkins and Dwayne Dryer. These were the  self improvement guru’s who changed the course of millions of people.  At least until…. That’s right, we started our families!

Someone once said that whatever you are doing when you get married, that is what you will end up doing for the rest of your life.  This  may not be true for everyone but it certainly was true for me and millions of others out there.  We become locked in our responsibilities and for some people they will never do anything different.

If you are happy with that scenario then God Bless you, I am happy that you found happiness in your life.  But for the rest of you realize that you do have choices.  You do have a chance to take control of your life and you have a chance to do it with a team of people who have the same goals that you do. Didn’t you ever dream of having it all?  Most of us did.  We have a chance to earn a 7 figure income and enjoy all the time freedom we want.  The beautiful thing is we get to do this by helping people have the same success.

This is kind of a follow up to my last blog. It is one of those moments when you have a profound realization.

 ”Your success or failure is almost 100% on you in network marketing”

What I mean by that is that for the first time in our lives, for most of us.  Either our success or our failure lies 100% in our hands.

I think that subconsciousness realizes this and that a lot of us don’t.  I mean if you really think about it, it makes sense.  Haven’t you ever wondered why, when people have an opportunity to make a million dollars a year, they do nothing!!!  For a long time this did not make any sense to me, then after watching a Randy Gauge video, it all made perfect sense.  I know because I had been there.

Why do you think that there are so many stories about people coming back from the edge of catastrophe? Broke and nothing to lose and then they make it.  They find a way to be successful.  I know, I have been there.  I have made money for a lot of years but it wasn’t until my world came crashing down that a lot of the messages of success made any sense.  I played with network marketing for a long time.  I dabbled here and there and then all of the sudden I found myself without a job.  Out of the blue I lost my job.  I won’t bore you with the details and my story of desperation.  You hear enough of them already.  But let’s just say that you feel helpless and you realize that you have no control over your life.  That is what made me really dig into this industry.  How many people are in the same position.  It doesn’t matter whether you make $20,000 a year or $200,000 a year.  We are all in the same boat.

That is when I really dug into this industry and decided that I am going to find a company where I can build my business, have fun and set myself up financially for life.  I had some money tucked away and went on a 90 day and tried to learn everything I can about this industry before I had to go out there and get a JOB again.

I came across Randy Gauge and I have known about  him for a long time.  Some of the things that he said just reached into my soul and I understood it.  I have heard it all before, but this time it made sense.  And bottom line is, you have to believe.  In your soul you have to commit to your journey and be willing to do what it takes to get there.

HOPE

Hope is an expectation of an outcome.

Webster’s defines hope as “the feeling that what is desired is also possible, or that events may turn out for the best”.

I would expand that definition to include “but it inherently implies uncertainty”.

BELIEFS

Beliefs are the foundation of our experiences.

Webster’s defines believe as “to have confidence in the truth, the existence or the reliability of something, although WITHOUT absolute proof that one is right in doing so”.

I would like to expand that definition to include “A belief is only a thought that you keep thinking, a repetitive thought”.

Why is this important to you in your One24 business? The reason is that only when someone has a strong belief in something can he act purposefully. Strong belief is the backbone of confidence, conviction and certainty. Strong belief is the springboard of action. A strong belief is the blueprint that defines the future reality of your endeavour.

A strong belief in the company, the ownership, the products, the system and the leadership is essential to you taking the steps and actions necessary to ensure your progress in the company. A strong belief in your ability to succeed is the foundation of your success. Again, if you believe you will, you will; if you believe you won’t, you won’t. Either way you will be right.

Now the challenge is that we all have fixed ideas, or repetitive thought patterns that don’t serve us. It might be “I failed because Mary mislead me” or “successful people are evil, greedy people” or “money is the root of all evil”. You can undoubtedly come up with one or two that you run on yourself repeatedly. The challenge is that these negative beliefs are firmly rooted in our sub-conscious mind, and we are not aware that they are controlling our behavior and our outcomes.

How do you recognize a negative fixed idea? One, it is used as your “excuse” for failing to achieve your best, and two, when you think it or say it, it makes you feel low tone.

Noticing how things are turning out for you is one very clear way of understanding which belief or thought you are emanating, because you always get the essence of what you BELIEVE, whether you want it or not.

If we want to change our Manifestations, we have to change our BELIEFS. Much easier said than done… up to now.

There is a large gap between intellectually understanding that and the application of it on the sub-conscious level. How do we truly change our BELIEFS? I have a tool that I discovered a few weeks ago that can help you do that effortlessly and have fun at the same time.

Irish Poem- Don’t Quit This has always been one of my favorite poems and it is very important when it comes to trying to be successful in building your business.  I am going to quit talking about network marketing because One24 is not a network marketing company.  If it was, then I probably would have failed and quit a long time ago. One24 is a company for the masses that you can build 1 person at a time and just keep going.  As long as you don’t quit you will eventually get there and figure it out. It is the only company that I have ever seen that is truly designed for everyone to be successful at.  As Doc Fran Says and I agreewith, “If you can’t make it with One24 then you can’t make it in this industry” The way to be successful with One24 is to keep it simple and offer people a chance to win $25,000 just for looking at the One24 opportunity.  Keep this poem in mind

Retirement and One24!

I just saw a commercial about retirement and it really hit home and drove home a point that I have been trying to make to people for along time.

Most Americans are not preparing or prepared for Retirement!

Be honest with yourself and ask yourself that one simple question.  How ready are you for your retirement?

Most people have no clue, I know because I was one of them.  When I made more money, I bought better stuff, bigger homes, nicer cars, you name it. As the income went up, so did the overhead. We just keep pushing and pushing. Getting farther and farther in debt.  No wonder our Gov’t is broke.  It is run buy a bunch of people just like us.  Then all of the sudden we wake up and BOOM!

This is why One24 is so important to me.  You can talk about all the hype around a bunch of other crap that is out there.  This one is a retirement plan.  It is away for you to protect yourself in the future.  I was making a six figure income and them WAM! It was gone.

It is ok for awhile but then it really starts to get scary.  When you make a pretty good living it is amazing at how fast bills can pile up when it is starts to go away.  I support a wife, step daughter and mother in law along with my son and ex-wife.  When your income gets ripped right from under you at the blink of an eye for no reason, it get’s really scary.  If you have ever gone through something like that you know what I mean.

That is my reason for One24 for me.  No one likes being out of control, wondering, how am I going to pay my bills this month?  Not answering your phone, because you know it’s a bill collector. More of us have been there then we would like to admit.  Why not do something to protect yourself and something that can be fun.

One24 is not a MLM or Network Marketing company.  It is a consumer based referral company.  We use a product that we love and we share it with other people who in turn use it and duplicate the process.  It is no more difficult then that.  If we do it successfully, we should be able to retire or have a security income within 24 months.  It is that easy!

People try to make it so much more difficult then it needs to be.  You can use the Internet if you want to, but just go out there and find 3 friends who want more money, more freedom, security or control.  Can you find 3 people who want that?  If you talk to people I guarantee you can find 3!  Then have them turn around and do the same thing.  Look what can happen if you do that!

See what can happen if you do it, and the people you bring in do the same thing and teach their friends to do the same thing! It is not Rocket Science. It is totally legal and it is your chance to protect your future and guarantee that you retire in style. And you can do it within 24 months with some consistent effort.

Guys, the facts surrounding retirement are scary. 95% of Americans retire dead broke and have to rely on SS to survive. They can’t sustain the life-style they were accustomed to. They have to rely on their children to survive. I know, I have my 92 year old mother-in-law living with me right now! She was trying to survive on her $1000 a month Social Security check.

The one thing that I always  tell people when they join One24 is to have realistic expectations and stay the course.  This is not a get rich program and you will get out of it what you put into it. One thing I will tell you is that if you do not talk to anyone about One24 you will not have any results.  This is no different then if you opened a McDonald’s on the corner but never told anyone that you were open for business.

The thing you have to realize about One24 is that you can have a ball with it!

You can have a ball building your One24 business and it doesn’t have to be a stressful thing.  Make sure your expectations are in line and then you can build it at your own pace.  You are not going to get rich over night and it is going to take some time to build your business.  Don’t make it a life or death thing.  Just invite people to watch the video’s and get enrolled for the sweepstakes without any obligation.  Make it a game for yourself and see how many people you can get on your waiting list.  Is everyone going to have the vision? No, not everyone is going to have the vision.  But you need to expect that.  Remember what can happen by just finding a few (3) who can get the vision?  And all we need to do is find other people who will do the same thing.

One thing that I will tell you in advance.  You will have people quit on you!  Wow, what a surprise. But you can’t let that change your focus and effect your goals or objectives. Believe me,  I have had people quit before they even got started, but you know what?  I expected that.  Is it frustrating? Of course it is, but that’s life. Remember we only need a few then we need to find the people who have the same drive and desires that we have.

network marketing as a source of income.  That is a harsh statement but it is true.  If you really want to build your business you will find a way to find people.  There are a lot of ways that we can teach you to find people if you truly want to do it.

One24 is a ground floor opportunity with a great track record.  The company is  a little over 1  1/2 years old and has built a foundation for what will become a giant in this industry.  One24 is company which pays it PC’s (Preferred Customers) on the growth of the company.  One24 is truly unique.

To Change the World you need to have passion

I’ve been talking to a lot of people about One24 lately but there seems to be some confusion about the cost and how it pertains to the business. I’m not going to get into a detailed explanation here. There are plenty of YouTube videos that can do that. What I want to do is address a question I get asked a lot concerning the cost of this business.

People say to me “so, what you’re saying is that it costs $70.00 per month to join this business…” My answer is always the same. NO…NO…NO! There is no cost to “JOIN” this business. The company does NOT “frontload” you with some astronomical fee like some businesses do. The “business” portion of this is FREE! So where does the $70.00 per month come in to play? Let me explain. What you are actually doing is nothing more than purchasing a food product (called Natraburst) once a month from a company called One24 for your own consumption and use. That’s right…it’s a food! (actually it’s a superfood).

It’s not a “food supplement” or “drink mix”. It’s an all natural super food (in it’s raw natural powdered state) that you can mix with any juice (or water) that gives you a daily serving of 30 fruits and veggies. (30 day supply). There are no artificial, flavors, colors or sweeteners.

You Can Sponsor People if You Choose to

Let’s face it, now days if you are serious about sponsoring people into your network marketing business you will find a way.  How could you not?  There are over 500,000,000 people who use Face Book and at least double that of the people that are on-line.

So don’t tell me you can’t find people to sponsor.  You are just scared and have FEAR and when you stop and think about it. What the Hell are you afraid of? Are you afraid of your broke, miserable, unhappy friends laughing at you.  Have you ever wondered what they are laughing at?  Do you know how scared they really are that you will succeed?

Just go out there post on line, find a way and sponsor people.  Then you will be rich and famous and you can tell everyone that you knew us when!!!

I just love this quote.  The reason I like it so much is because it is so true.  Think about this for a  minute.  If you could set all your fears aside, what could you accomplish? Who would you talk to about your opportunity?

This is one of the reasons top leaders always talk about working on yourself first. When you can set all your fears aside and you know what you want to accomplish nothing can stop you. Imagine if you had 30 people in your organization who had no fear?

Break through your fears and you can accomplish anything that you desire. Remember the acronym False Evidence Appearing Real

My Review of MLSP. I had some success in the early 90′s but I could never sustain a down-line that I could keep up with. Because of the designs and compensation programs of most MLM companies I could never sustain my down-line but that is a story for a different time.

Back to MLSP.  I have known for years that the combination of the Internet and Network Marketing could be huge.  Think about what is taking place on-line today.  It began with chat rooms then My Space and after that Face Book.  Social networking has exploded and we can network with people from all over the world everyday.  Opening a network marketing company in another country does not require you to go spend months oversees.  Everything today can be done over the Internet.

I knew the Internet could be powerful but I had no idea how to use it.  If nothing else I realized that we could use it for webinars and as a way to send people to a website to watch a presentation.  Times have changed and I knew I needed something to teach me all that I needed to know.  I used it for about 4 months and then for some stupid reason I quit.  I actually learned a ton and it sent me on a quest for knowledge.  I have always said that most of what I learned, I learned it from MLSP.

Let me try to explain the concept of One24 so that it is so simple that anyone could understand it. If you don’t understand it then we need to talk and I will walk you through it.

Have you ever gone to a movie that you really liked and then told a friend about it?  So let’s say that after you told your friend he/she went and saw the movie.  They liked the movie so much that they told a few of their friends about the movie and the process repeated over and over again. You would be responsible for generating hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in revenue for that movie.  But the producers of that movie will not be sending you any money at all.

This is the basic foundation of word of mouth advertising and network marketing.  Social media is even taking this to a whole new level.  How many times have we referred your friends to something on Face-Book or LInked in or Twitter? Imagine if someone sent you $1.50 every time someone listened?

Now, imagine their was a company that had some really great products that you could use everyday that would improve your health and  save you money everyday.  Let’s say that the products would just re-direct money  that you were ALREADY SPENDING!

Now, let’s say that the company would also allow you to use leverage.  So let’s just say that they would pay you $1.50 for the first person you told about the product who bought it.  Then, they would also pay you $1.50 on everyone that your friend told about the product. On top of that, let’s say that they would actually repeat that down 12 levels.  How amazing would that be?

Just for fun take 2 and multiply that times 2 – twelve times and then multiply that number by $1.50.  What did you come up with?  That is right $12,288 per month from just 2 people.  Now do the same thing, except this time do it with 3! Amazing isn’t it. It comes out to $793,881 per month.  Remember this all started with just 3 friends, not a million.

Well guess what this is the basis premise of what MLM or network marketing is suppose to be all about.  This is usually the example that everyone uses to explain leverage and the incredible power of the penny doubled story.  The only problem is the typical network marketing company puts all kinds of restrictions on you getting to collect that money.  Most network marketing companies need a whole staff of CPA’s to explain them.  One24 has fixed that!

Everything that I told you about about applies to the One24 business model.  We do not sell anything and we do not have to stock any inventory.  All we do is use a product, refer it to other people  and have them do the same thing.  If you do this you could retire in 18-24 months and never have to worry about money again.

The key to success in your networking business is the ability to do Key Result Activities. You are going to go through your highs and you are going to go through your lows.  You are going to have days where you question your ability to be successful and you are going to have your days when you are about to quit.  It is just a fact, we all go through those days but you have to be honest with yourself and ask yourself how much energy are you really putting into your business? Are you doing Key Result Activities?

Key Result Activities are activities that actually help you build your business.  People run off in a million different directions when it comes to this business.  I know I was guilty of it myself.  You just need to look at the activity that you are doing and ask yourself if it is helping build your business or is it another stall tactic?

What is a stall tactic? A stall tactic is when you act like you are really putting in a lot of effort but in reality you are not.  These tactic’s include: surfing your company site, listening to the same conference call dozens of times, posting in face book groups without activity. These are usually activities that appear to be important but in reality they are not.

The Key Result Activities are really quite simple and if you follow them they will make you wealthy.  Ready?

• Invite people to view your opportunity

• Follow up with them the next day by phone or in person, not by e-mail

That is it! If you will do that 5-10 times a day I can almost guarantee that you will build the largest down line that you could ever imagine.  So many people today are trying to build this business on-line and thinking that they are never going to have to talk with people.  Let me tell you from experience, your business will not grow and duplicate without talking to people and building relationships.

Remember “Everything you want in life lies on the other side of fear”  If you do this daily, like clock work for 90 days, M-F you can’t help but be a success. Overcome your fears and just do it.

One24 is not a MLM Company.  It is not network marketing but utilizes the leverage opportunity that network marketing offers.

One24 is what the network marketing companies pretend to be.  They will show you the CIRCLES and talk to you about the power of duplication.  You will here the story about doubbling a penny every day for 30 days will grow to over $5,000,000 dollars.  But what they won’t tell you is that you are going to have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get paid.  In fact this is why a lot of people end up going in debt trying to build a home based business.

I challenge anyone to compare One24 to companies like ViSalus.  Now, I think ViSalus is a good company with good products but I also know that there are tons of people out there that got caught up in all the hype and that there are a lot of people going in debt trying to make it work.  Have you ever seen their marketing plan (click here).  Look at what you have to go through in order to get paid.  You will see things like you have to have $125 in automatic reorder but you still need $200 in PQV in order to get paid.  Look at the areas where is states what you have to do to get paid on your own organization.  3 legs, 60% can only come from 1 leg.  Most people have no concept what this means.  Let me put it bluntly.  It means that you may not get paid on your own organization and that the money is going to go to someone else!! The argument that I hear is yes that may happen but when other people can’t meet their requirments also, you will benefit!! REALLY?

Folks it is time to wake up.  One24 is the first company that I have ever seen that is really on the side of the distributor.  Really on the side of the people that are building the business.  Do you know how many people that are out there that are caught up in the hype of Visalus?  They have a great marketing approach that has exploded their company.  The Visalus 90 day challenge!  Great concept.  A company called EAS used it 15 years ago to explode their nutritional company.  Visalus uses the approach find 3 and your’s is free.  Just find 3 other people that want to get in shape and can afford $500 a month and your’s is free.  Great way to get people excited at first but how much of it is sustainable.  There will be thousands of people joining and quitting the Vi challenge.

There are millions of people out there looking for a better way.  They estimate there are over 36,000,000 people involved in network marketing throughout the world.  I love the business but hate the failure rate.  It is amazing because this industry is still the greatest industry on earth and has created more millionaires then any other industry on earth.

Times change and I predict that One24 will change the industry forever once people really understand the differences between companies like Visalus and companies like One24.  With One24 you could actually sponsor 1 person that goes out there and creates a huge organization and you could benefit.  Let’s say that a person went out there and built an organization of 10,000 people.  You would get paid over $15,000 from that one person.  In Visalus you would get paid nothing! Napoleon Hill in his book “Think and Grow Rich” talks about one of the major keys to success in his chapter on Desire.

This is also the key to your success in your business.

You are going to have to decide that you are going to do what ever it takes to be successful

You are going to have to do what it takes and not give up.

When Napoleon talks about commitment he talks about the general who’s army sailed to the shores of the enemies. He gathered his men together, greatly outnumbered, he had them watch as their ships were burned. “We must now win or perish, there is no retreat.” They won!

You must decide what you want and what you are willing to do to get it. Are you willing to get outside of your comfort zone.? Are you willing to put in the extra effort? If you are then you can go to step 2.

Make sure you are in the right company. Make sure you are with a company that you have 100% belief in. The best advice I ever heard came from someone I respect and he told me what the key to this business is.

“You have to belong to a company that you would put your mother into”

Once you really understand this it becomes very powerful. You see I first heard this 15 years ago but it didn’t make sense until I found One24. What I mean was this was the first company that I could sponsor people into with 100% conviction and that they could be successful at it. If you don’t believe anyone can be successful then you won’t talk to people about your opportunity and if you won’t talk to people about your networking business then you have no business. I don’t talk to people about my business anymore. I ask people if they are interested in earning residual income! Not everyone is looking for a business but everyone is looking for residual income!!

Before I would join these programs, try the products and usually buy myself to the top level and look around and realize that most of the people that I know would not be able to do it this way and that most of the people I know would be willing to do what it takes to achieve the bonus levels or sustain the retail requirements. So bottom line you are going to have to believe 100% in what you are doing and preferably be part of a company that you believe 100% of the people who join can do it if they choose to. On to step 3

You are going to have to plan on staying in until the major growth can take place. When Einstein talked about compounding he was talking about over time. This is one of the most powerful forces out there. This is what makes this business so exciting. If you took a penny and doubled it everyday for 30 days it would be worth over 5 million dollars. Now that is power! But realize that penny is only worth $163.84 at day 15!!!!

Bottom line find a company that you believe in, decide that you are going to make it work and then go out there and do it.

Network marketing companies are on the decline. People are leaving them faster then people are joining them according to the Direct Selling Association.

Why are people leaving them? People are leaving them for the same reason that people always leave them. The compensation programs are geared more for the top 2% then it is for the other 98%. Let’s face it,

People don’t join companies like NuSkin because they have a sudden desire to sell make up to their friends.
People don’t join companies like ViSalus because people have a sudden desire to sell vitamins to their friends.

People join these companies because they have a desire to make more money or a desire to get wealthy beyond their wildest dreams. And guess what, there are some people who actually go out there and do that. There are people in these companies making millions and millions of dollars per year!

Do you think people would be distributors for these companies if it wasn’t for the money? I doubt it, I know I wouldn’t. But there are some things that you should know. Things that I have known for years and for some reason I didn’t really even pay attention to it.

If you were to look at most marketing plans for most MLM’s or Network Marketing companies you would find things like, minimum GSV or Sponsorship requirements to get paid. You would see things like 60% maximum from 1 leg and 3 leg requirements.

Some people will tell you that these are the ways for you to get paid. I would rather change that to “these are the ways for you not to get paid.”

All network marketing companies lure you in with the circles or they talk to you about a penny a day doubled and how powerful compounding is. At this point they are 100% correct!. If you were to take 5 x5x5x5x5x5x5 it becomes a very powerful number. But what they don’t tell you is that you are going to have to work your ass off to get paid and if you work your ass off and fall short, well that is too bad. Breakdown any MLM company and you will see what I am talking about.

NuSkin for example: In order to become an executive it takes 3 months and you are going to have to retail $1000 the first month, $1500 the second month and $2000 the third month, then you are going to have to maintain $3000 in retail sales in order to continue to get paid on your network which you developed. If you do not meet these requirements then you do not get paid. And by the way NuSkin has some great products. But this is how people get themselves in debt. I know because I did it in the late 80′s

Then there are companies like ViSalus, again good products but look at their marketing plan. It has more ways of not to pay you then you can shake a stick at. This one thing alone should tell you why so many people fail and end up in debt. If you download their comp plan you will see what I mean. You have to maintain $2000 in Group Sales Volume each month and have at least 3 legs in order to get paid down only 4 levels. Then to go to the next level you have to have $12,500 in GSV and only 60% of that can come from 1 leg! If you don’t meet these requirements then you won’t get paid. In fact all that volume will roll up to the next qualified distributor, so it is more beneficial to them if you fail….

What does this all mean? Let’s just say you are a part time distributor for 1 of these 2 examples. Let’s say you sponsor a friend of yours who goes out there and sponsor’s the world. He is one of those guys who has the money and time freedom and he does a bang up job. Now let’s say that is the only person you sponsored. Do you know how much money you would make off your friend who you brought into the company? Almost nothing!

Let’s say you sponsored 3 people and your business took off and your down-line numbered in the thousands. Do you know how much you would get paid if you did not meet the $2,000 min GSV for that month? You would get paid nothing. Not only that, but if you did not meet the min requirements for so many months in a row you would lose your entire business!

This is why people go in debt (chasing the min requirements) trying to build their business. This is why people end up with massive credit card debt. This is one of the reasons affiliate marketing has become so successful. If you eliminate those requirements you give people a chance to achieve success without going in debt.

That is why I left MLM and Joined One24. From the fist person you sponsor you are going to get paid down 12 levels. So the scenarios above would not apply to One24. Let’s say you did sponsor your 1 friend who took off in the business, you would not get left behind. You would profit from his business forever as long as you were active. Active means you order 1 product every month. You would never have to slap a few thousand dollars on a credit card to get paid. You could actually build at your own pace and still have a chance at true success. You also would not have to worry about going in debt.

I am not looking for current members of MLM or Network marketing companies. I am looking for people who have failed at all those companies but still have a desire to achieve success in this industry. Because regardless of all the pitfalls which I pointed out, there are still thousands of people achieving great success with these companies. It just isn’t the masses. One24 is designed for the masses and unlike the network marketing companies I mentioned the more you did into One24′s compensation program the better it gets.

I know the argument that people are going to have with these other companies. I use to say the same thing. If you are working it and supporting your people you should have no problem retailing $3,000 worth of products every months. Well, I call BS on that. Most people are just slapping it on their credit cards….

Don’t take my word for it, do your own research. You can Google the 2 compensation plans I talk about any time you want. They don’t try to hide any of it and all of them are legitimate programs that generate a ton of revenue. I just want people to be aware of what they are getting into and why a lot of people fail.

That is what network marketing is suppose to be!  It is suppose to be a very simple process that anyone can do and anyone can duplicate.

Day 5 of the 90 Day Blitz:

Here we are the 5th day of April and what are you doing to design your future?  Remember this business is very simple and does not come with a lot of brain damage!  Our only focus is to find at least 1 person per month who wants to join us on our journey.

Who do you know who:

• Is interested in earning more money?
• Needs more money?
• Is entrepreneurial and has good business sense?
• Is interested in nutrition?
• Who hates their job?
• Who would like to spend more time with their family?
• Would like to build a business and have fun doing it ?
• Who would you like to be in business with?
• Who’s life would you like to change forever?
• Small Business owner (really good Ones)
• Realtor/Insurance Agent

I am sure you can find at least 1 person.

People need what we have to offer.  We just need to share it with them in a way in which they will understand it.  I was out and about the other day and tried to stop by a place by my house for a healthy shake.  The only problem was that they had gone out of business and the building was completely vacant.  My only thoughts were about that poor owner.  I am sure it cost her a ton of money to start her business and to lose it had to be horrible.  This happens every day in our society!

This is the beauty of One24.  We can build a profitable business and not risk our life’s savings.  We can build it Slowly or we can build it Rapidly.  It is our choice.  Your “Why” and your goals are entirely up to you. They key is to just do the little things.  Recruit 1 person every month and teach your people to do the same thing. (Eye of the Turtle).  If you have larger goals, go out there and go crazy, sponsor 10 people your first month, hit your silver shares and the platinum shares in record time. (Paws of the Puma).  Or just do something in between.  It is up to you but just do something.
